Russian General Previously Deployed to Syria Captured in Ukraine

Captured a Russian general, Andrei Sychevoy. who was previously in Syria, is the first Russian prisoner of this rank since World War II. It is reported that he participated in the fighting in Syria and is responsible for the the deaths of many Syrian civilians.
