A gunman murdered 13, seven of whom were children in an attack on a school in Russia’s Izhevsk, the capital of Udmurtia. The attack left 21 wounded, 14 children among them, before the perpetrator turned his gun upon himself. The attacker has yet to be identified but was said to be wearing a black baklava and clothing with nazi symbols on it, including a swastika.
