A woman, her six children and two of their cousins have died in a tragic accident, following a fire that broke out at their place of residence in Yıldırım district in the Turkish state of Bursa, in the northwest of the country.
The children were aged 3 and 10, including 6 siblings and 2 close family members. The incident started last night around 11:30 p.m. and was probably caused by a radiator. The victims are from the village of Shameer, in the countryside of Aleppo.
They are Mrs. Amina Al-Taha Al-Mousa, 33 years old, with her children: Ali Hussein Al-Hamid, 10 years old, Maram Hussein Al-Hamid, 8 years old, Gram Hussein Al-Hamid, 7 years old, Ahmed Hussein Al-Hamid, 5, Muhammad Hussein Al-Hamid, 3, Yasser Hussein Al-Hamid, 10 months, and their cousins Ali Amer Al-Hamid, 11, and Ahmed Amer Al-Hamid, 10 years old.
The 9 victims were buried today in the presence of the Turkish Interior Minister, Süleyman Soylu, who also participated in the funeral prayer.
