2 Dead 10 injured in New Russian attack

After not having been shelled by Russian planes for years, just one day after HTS was handed what is purported to be nominal control over the territories of the Olive Branch and Euphrates Shield, Qatma and Kafr Janna were hit by airstrikes from Russian planes.  The strikes hit the headquarters of Suqoor Sham killing two and injuring 10, several are said to be critical condition.
